Troubleshoot in order
Match the fix to the message
“It does not work” can describe several unrelated problems. A short, accurate record usually saves more time than repeated reinstalling.
Installation problems
On Android, an App Not Installed message may point to an incomplete APK, unsupported device or signature conflict. On iPhone, an Unable to Verify App message points to a certificate or profile issue. These are different workflows, so use the matching device page.

Account and session problems
For a general access problem, follow the login failed checklist. If the screen specifically shows Code 3, use the active-session steps and avoid changing a password unnecessarily.
When contacting support, share the device model, operating-system version, app version and exact error. Remove account identifiers and never send a password, banking PIN or one-time code.
When a support request feels wrong
Stop if a helper creates urgency, changes the payment destination, asks for remote-control software or requests a security code. Open the fake support checklist and return through a contact route you verified previously.
